Warrington, UK, 29 July 2018. 29 July 2018 - Warrington Ethnic Communities Association (WECA) held its fifth annual MELA Festival. The usual walk from The Town Hall did not take place due to the wet and windy weather and the event that should have been held in the Queen’s Gardens at Palmyra Square, close to the Town Centre, was changed to inside the Parr Hall building
