PACIFIC OCEAN (July 22, 2017) Vice Adm. Nora Tyson, commander of 3rd Fleet, speaks to Sailors during an all-hands call on the flight deck of the San Antonio-class amphibious transport dock ship USS Anchorage (LPD 23). As part of the 3rd Fleet Forward construct, Tyson and her staff are embarked aboard Anchorage in support of exercise Talisman Saber 2017, a biennial exercise designed to improve the interoperability between Australian and forces.
