Sir Henry Raeburn, Scottish portrait painter, (1870). Raeburn painted the portraits of many eminent Scots as well as 'The Skating Minister' ('The Reverend Robert Walker Skating on Duddingston Loch' which has come to be regarded as an icon of Scottish culture.
