£25 BILLION in tax is owed by corporations such as Boots. Margaret Hodge, Labour chairman of the Public Accounts Committee accused the HMRC tax office of hiding behind a veil of secrecy. David Cameron the Prime Minister denied that the Tax office dealt more leniently with large companies.

MP’s have criticised tax bosses for giving large firms favourable deals. Meanwhile, taxpayers struggling to pay their mortgages and bills are hounded without mercy for small outstanding amounts.
