EMMA LOUISE KEHOE Music. MARSHALL SPEIGHT Business Manager. WILLIAM BOYD Asst. Business It is easy to make suggestions. It is easier to make tliemand leave them for someone else to carry out. But still weventure to suggest that there are four improvements that ourHigh School needs. Three of the four we hope for next year. AVe need, above all, a four-year course. The work is crowdednow into three years, and suffers accordingly. A graduatefrom our school is conditioned upon entering college. With 24 a diploma from a four-year high school one could enter uncon-ditioned at the State University, or any Southern college. Second. The Study Hall, which was introduced on a smallscale this year, has proven a great success. A larger room, which can seat every pupil, is badly needed. Third. We need a Eeference Library. This would be thegreatest help in practically all studies. The Public Libraryis very inconvenient, and does not have the reference booksneeded in connection with high school work. The Science course in our High School is perhaps the weakestoffered.
