Cloud formation. Computer artwork showing atmospheric water droplets condensing on salt particles thrown up into the atmosphere from the ocean. Atmospheric water molecules are drawn to aerosol particles such as these like magnets. As they collect they form water droplets, eventually creating a cloud. Without natural aerosols like these particles, clouds could not exist.
