Navy Talent Acquisition Group New England medical officer recruiter and adjunct professor at Quinnipiac Medical School, Lt. Matthew B. Bolton, recites the Oath of Office to future naval medical officers at Frank H. Netter School of Medicine at Quinnipiac University in North Haven, Connecticut. Each graduating student attended school through the Navy Health Professions Scholarship Program, of which Bolton himself was an applicant in 2019. HPSP pays for school tuition and fees while students receive a monthly living stipend.
