For over 40 years this has been the favorite pure white of rose lovers. Form perfect, fragrance delightful and plant is moderately vigorous and hardy. 4. PINK DAWN. A very pretty rose of exceptional merit. Perfectly full, double flowers of a deep rose open- ing to lovely pink with an orange base. The showy blooms have a sweet fragrance. Of sturdy upright habit. 5. POINSETTIA. The name which so aptly describes this beautiful rose was suggested by Dr. J. Horace MacFarland, of the American Rose Society. It has semi-double flowers of a bright rich scarlet color produced profusely during the whole season on vigorous plants of fairly tall growth.
