Petty Officer 3rd Class Luis Vivas, of Naval Mobile Construction Battalion 23, based in Fort Belvoir Va., greets future students outside the school he and his fellow Seabees helped construct in Morales, Honduras on June 27. The Seabees built the school, along with a clinic in nearby Ociente, as part of Army South’s Beyond the Horizon 2012 exercise.
