Front: Within a wreath of two tied branches between Tusen Annexal crazy mongam, consisting of the letters J and E, of the Czarina. Reverse: Double-headed eagle with scepter and rich apple in the paws. Oval coat of arms covered by knighthood with jewel in the chest and a small crown on both heads, above which a big crown. Under the eagle the letters A and M of the Munthuis in Annenk in Siberia. Cable edge.
