Andy Allison is a developer heading up an permanently affordable housing project to create residences for artists in Boulder.
The affordable housing project will take over space currently used by the Bustop strip club in North Boulder, Thistle Communities and BA Investments are partners with Andy Allison. Boulder has a large community of artists. Many were disappointed when a previous attempt to create affordable housing for artists and a nearby site failed to get approval from Boulder planners.
