YOKOSUKA, Japan (May 31, 2017) – Fleet Activities (FLEACT) Yokosuka holds a frocking ceremony for FLEACT Sailors newly promoted to their respective ranks of E-6, E-5 and E-4. FLEACT Yokosuka provides, maintains, and operates base facilities and services in support of 7th Fleet's forward-deployed naval forces, 71 tenant commands, and 26,000 military and civilian personnel.
