The open flower of Key- stone is perfectly double, with buds beautifully formed. It is a deep lemon-yellow Rose, similar to Coquette de Lyon. The fragrance is much like that of magnolia blossoms. Readi- ly attains a height of 15 feet in a season, branching freely, and has always come through the winter without damage, even in the most exposed situations, not requiring protection. Keystone possesses every feature that denotes a good Rose, and its free-blooming qualities make it indispensable in ever>' Rose-garden.
