Price per packet (about 3 oz.) ,50 BEANS.—Cleveland's Improved Round Pod Talentine.—This im- proved Valentine is ten days earliei^ than the old variety ; it is much more prolific, and still retains in greatest perfection all the points which have made the Valentine bean so popular. It is not claim- ed that it is the earliest known to the trade. It is generally cultiva- ted for its tender, fleshy pods, which remain long on the plant without becoming hard and tough.
