Soldiers with the 181st Multi-Functional Training Brigade participate in a skiing training session Jan. 27, 2017, at Whitetail Ridge Ski Area as part of the Cold-Weather Operations Course at Fort McCoy. The Cold-Weather Operations Course is the first of its kind coordinated by the Directorate of Plans, Mobilization, Training and Security, or DPTMS. It included participation by 11 Soldiers with the 181st and is taught by two instructors contracted to support DPTMS.
