The Hampton Roads Naval Museum (HRNM) hosted its first military ceremony of 2019 aboard the retired Iowa-Class Battleship, USS Wisconsin (BB 64) on Wednesday, January 2, 2019. Zappa, assigned to the Amphibious Transport Dock, USS San Antonio (LPD 17) was promoted to Lieutenant in front of members of his command and family. Admission to the museum is free, simply by-pass the ticket line downstairs and take elevator or stairs to the museum on the second deck of the Nauticus building.
