ATLANTIC OCEAN (Mar. 2, 2022) – Gunner's Mate 1st Class Bobby Jernigan takes point during a visit, board, search and seizure (VBSS) team walkthrough training scenario aboard the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Porter (DDG 78), Mar. 2, 2022. Porter, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is currently underway in the Sixth Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners and national security interests in Europe and Africa.
