Children dance to the music of the Army Alaska’s 9th Army Band July 4 at Pioneer Park in Fairbanks, Alaska. The Joint Base Elmendorf-Richardson Soldiers of the Arctic Warrior Band entertained hundreds at a pre-event concert and by performing the “Star Spangled Banner” and “The Alaska Flag Song” in support of the park’s annual Independence Day ceremony.
