NEPAL, Kathmandu: Shortage of fuel and other supplies caused by the closure of border crossings between India and Nepal has prompted Nepalese residents to join long lines for petrol in Kathmandu, Nepal on September 30, 2015. Nepal has blamed a blockade by the Indian government for the closures, but India says the disruptions to trade are due to widespread unrest in Nepal following the enactment of its new constitution on September 20. The fuel crisis has forced the government to limit driving around Nepal, while some international airlines have cancelled flights to the country.
