A large silver platter, presented by the Government at St. Petersburg to the French President Emile Loubet, 1902 Silver, scalloped rim. Loubet's monogram "EL" in the centre. The border bears the coats of arms of eight of the government's cities as well as that of St. Petersburg with the tsarist crown.
