In one direction a sailing vessel is beingpiloted out to the ocean, and in the opposite an ocean tramp makes its way tothe Bluff wharf for coal. Yachts and other craft skim quickly over the harbourwaters, while, as if by contrast, a boat is coming with true naval swing froma man-of-war to land its commander on the quay.
