Fine in quality and of excellent flavor. "Gradus " is the most dis- tinct Early Pea yet introduced, and for show purposes it stands un- rivalled. Vines are larger and more vigorous than the " American ; earlier and more prolific than the " Premium ; Pods well filled with peas, which in sweetness and quality are far superior to any of the other extra early varieties. Height, \Yz ft. Per pint, 15 cts.; qt., 30 cts.; peek, $ CHELSEA PEA. This fine dwarf Pea grows one foot in height, and is of compact habit. It is as early as "American Wonder," and gives a much larger crop than that sort, bearing in pairs from the bottom to the top an abundance of handsome pods, which are half as long again as those of any other first early dwarf kind. Per pint, 20 cts. ; qt., 35 cts. ; peck, $ THE DON PEA. This is a deep green, wrinkled sort; produces an abundant crop of large, square-ended, well-filled pods. These are literally crowded with fine, large peas of a delicious flavor. It grows about four feet high, and comes into bearing between the second early and main crop.
