Bab Zuwayla, one of the gates to the old city of Cairo.

Bab Zuwayla, built as part of the second wall around Cairo in 1092, includes two minarets used as watch towers, and a platform which was used by the Sultan to watch the beginning of the haji, as a site for executions, and to celebrate victories.
