Prussia: A helmet for officers, of the 1st Hanoverian Dragoon Regiment No. 9 (King Carl I of Romania). A slightly cracked leather skull, with a minor lacquer fault near the cross-shaped spike base. The mountings are gilded. Plate bearing a scroll with the battle honours "Waterloo - Peninsula - Göhrde". The front peak liner is slightly loosened, the cambered chinscales are attached to officers' style cockades.
