The plants form tufts of fern- like foliage, from amongst which the slender flower stalks rise to aliout a. foot in height, and bear elegant cup-shaped flowers. The profusion of blooms which they prodnce is really astonishing, often a hundred flower stems on a single plant, and they are produced from the beginning of June to October.
