ST. LOUIS (June 7, 2018) – Rear Adm. Pete Garvin, commander, Navy Recruiting Command, administers the oath of enlistment to 80 future Sailors assigned to the 60th Cardinal Division during a pre-game ceremony at Busch Stadium. The division is named after the St. Louis Cardinals who have sponsored such groups annually since 1958.
