Lacewing butterfly (Cethosia cyane). The bright colouration of this butterfly is a warning to prospective predators that it is unpalatable. The caterpillars of this species feed on poisonous Passiflora vines, ingesting toxic chemicals which are retained in the adult insect. It ranges from India to South-East Asia.
