BLACK SEA (July 15, 2021) An EP-3 aircraft from Fleet Air Reconnaissance Squadron 1 (VQ-1) flies over the Arleigh Burke-class guided-missile destroyer USS Ross (DDG 71) in the Black Sea during the Bulgarian-led Exercise Breeze, July 15, 2021. Ross, forward-deployed to Rota, Spain, is on patrol in the Sixth Fleet area of operations in support of regional allies and partners and national security interests in Europe and Africa.
