Illegally Dumped Domestic and Industrial Waste on Private Land in Essex

For the second time in recent months a private piece of land off Pitsea Hall Lane, Pitsea, Essex has been used to dump waste and is costing the council thousands of pounds to remove it to the nearby official landfill site. Contractots started the task today to clear the waste which included asbestos and much material that appears to be from domestic premises
