Blister on the heel of the foot in a 71 year old male patient with an abdominal aortic aneurysm. Aneurysm is the weakening of the walls of a blood vessel, in this case causing embolism (blockage) from clot formation, leading to blistering and lesions on the heel. (see image 3 showing lesions).
