Gemini South Telescope, interior panoramic view. The Gemini South telescope is located in Cerro Pachon, Chile. This optical observatory is one of two that forms the Gemini Observatory. The second telescope (Gemini North) is located in Hawai'i and together they allow astronomers to cover the entire sky.
