Full Caption - Mississippi River floodwater recedes from the Red Star District of Cape Girardeau, MO, on Wednesday, May 4, 2011. Since the Birds Point levee was intentionally breached by the Army Corps of Engineers on Monday, May 2, 2011, the Mississippi River floodwater have receded at least two feet, according to resident Peggy Benaivdz.
