King Penguins (Aptenodytes patagonicus), South Georgia


King penguins are the 2nd largest penguin species after the Emperor penguin, and unlike the latter they breed on sub-antarctic islands in the Southern Atlantic / Scotia Sea, southern Indian Ocean and Macquarie Island.
