Which, he claimed, single handedly saved the fortunes of the struggling sports car manufacturer. James Daniel May (born 16 January 1963) is a British television presenter and journalist. He is the co-presenter of the motoring programme Top Gear, alongside Jeremy Clarkson and Richard Hammond. May has presented other programmes on themes including science and technology, toys, wine culture, and the plight of manliness in modern times. He wrote a weekly column for The Daily Telegraph's motoring section. In 1965 (one year after the movie Goldfinger was released) Corgi started production of the Goldfinger James Bond Aston Martin DB5, and won the first Toy of the Year for the model. Now, in 2015 Corgi presents a new release, fully featured DB5 for a new generation of James Bond fans.
