Along the entire length of the semi circle frontage of the Plaza de Espana are 50 small individual ceramic monuments, each representing a Spanish province with a ceramic-painted historical scene. The Plaza de Espana designed by architect, Anibal Gonzalez, is a popular tourist venue in Seville, Spain. The site is the biggest construction of the Iberian- American Expro of 1929, and also the most expensive. It was time-consuming work and was the centrepiece of the Expro event.
