Thiswharf is provided with a large area of background leased for industrial purposeswith preferent wharf accommodation. The wharf can be extended for miles,and an extension is now in hand to meet the needs of prominent Britishindustrial firms who have taken up lots. It will thus be seen that at present a total of 12,880 feet wharf berthageis provided for the accommodation of the Congella Wharf 30
