GULF OF ADEN (July 14, 2015) A Marine with the 15th Marine Expeditionary Unit’s Maritime Raid Force aims at his target during a night deck shoot aboard the amphibious assault ship USS Essex (LHD 2). Shooting accurately with low light is a critical skill for the MRF Marines so they are proficient in night-time conditions.
