UTUADO, Puerto Rico, Jan. 31, 2018--A crane lifts a rebar case that will be installed in an abutment as part of the Rio Abajo bridge foundation work. An entire community that has been cut off from the main road by flood waters from Hurricane Maria that destroyed the original bridge, will benefit from the reconstruction.
