A 2-6-0 Class K4 steam locomotive 'The Great Marquess' waiting at Grosmont station on a summer's day. This locomotive was built in 1938 and saw service until 1961. It was designed by Sir Nigel Gresley for work on the steep grades of the West Highland line in Scotland.
