PACIFIC OCEAN (March 26, 2021) A Navy Landing Craft Utility carrying Marines and equipment with Battalion Landing Team 1/1, 11th Marine Expeditionary Unit (MEU), departs the amphibious dock landing ship USS Pearl Harbor (LSD 52), March 26. Navy and Marine Corps integration training provides the Essex Amphibious Ready Group/11th MEU its first opportunity to plan, brief, execute multiple mission packages. The Essex ARG is underway conducting routine operations in Third Fleet.
