The inscription on the east side of Stela C presents some particu-lars worthy of notice (see figure 146). The ijreflx to the cjcle sym-bol is 13 in the ordinary form; those tothe katun, ahau, aud day are of thecoil and hand form, above described asind icating full count, or, in other words,naught; that to the chuen is of the usualform for full count in the inscriptions(see number 3, figure 144). The date is4 Ahau S Cumhu with ordinary numer-als. Therefore the series, accordingto Goodmans method of writing, willbe ?-13-20-20-1
