One of several bus stations in Prague, Florenc is a busy junction for many travellers. Student Agency is a popular bus operator, who actually started in the 1990s as affordable travel company run by several students, led by Radim Jancura. Jančura was named Czech Entrepreneur of the Year in 2005 by Ernst and Young. The bus station is located in the city part Florenc which is about km from the old town and 2 km from the Charles bridge. From Florenc bus station you can travel to more or less any city within the Czech Republic as well as to most countries in Europe
