Grosvenor House, Stellenbosch Village Museum, Stellenbosch, South Africa. The Stellenbosch Village Museum is a collection of period houses dating from 1709 to 1929, restored and furnished in the style of its own period. Grosvenor House was built in 1782 by Christian Ludolph Neethling, and added to by successive owners until about 1803. It is an outstanding example of a two-storeyed flat-roofed patrician town house and contains furnishings and objects from the period 1800-1830.
