A cake celebrating Chief James Magill, Marine Corps Air Station Miramar fire chief, retirement ceremony at MCAS Miramar, Calif., Dec. 21. In October of 1997 Magill became one of the first members of the MCAS Miramar Fire Department and is now retiring after 21 years of honorable service at the department.
