NEWARK, Lieutenant Gen. (ret) Frank Vavala, former adjutant general, Delaware National Guard, discussed his appreciation of Brig. Gen. David E. Deputy, chief of staff, Delaware National Guard, for the dedication that Deputy has provided to the DNG. Deputy has served for over forty years; after enlisting in the Delaware Air National Guard in 1976.
