There are many other forms of grease interceptors, but none is per-fect, for under the most favoring circumstances some grease will escapeand may congeal on the surface of the waste-pipe or drain. All greasetraps should be attended to at short intervals, else they may becomealmost c()m])letely filled with solid grease.
