A Air Force HH-60G Pave Hawk helicopter assigned to the 46th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron and an HC-130J Combat King II aircraft assigned to the 26th Expeditionary Rescue Squadron conduct helicopter aerial refueling (HAAR) during a combat search and rescue (CSAR) agile combat employment exercise within the Central Command area of responsibility, Dec. 1, 2022. The ACE exercise enabled pilots, loadmasters, and special mission aviators to increase their combat search and rescue proficiency by extending the reach of HH-60G helicopters in an austere, contested area.
