Architects Pflueger has added to his reputation as anarchitect of versatiHty by creating an orig-inal rendezvous where the eHte of a greatcity and the guests of a great hotel maypartake of things good to eat and drink. In plan, taste and efficiency the new Fair-mont lounge rivals anything along this linein the country. The walls are gay withvari-colored murals depicting men andbeasts which have amused the Americanpeople for many years and brought fameand fortune to men like Barnum and and the Ringlinq Bros. The murals are by Esther Bruton. They arecleverly done in gay colors and Mr. Pflue-gers fine appreciation of good tasteis reflected in the selection of the subjectsand their arrangement so as not to clashor offend the eye.
