Lilacs and windmill at the historic Hulda Klager Lilac Gardens in Woodland, Washington. This national historic site is located 30 miles north of Portland. It showcases over 150 different varieties of lilacs. It is open all year but April and May are the best times to see lilacs in full bloom.
