Yavoriv, Ukraine - Maj. Gen. Anthony German, the 53rd Adjutant General for the State of New York, recognized Spc. Jeffrey Maziarz of Tonawanda, NY, assigned to the Joint Multinational Training Group - Ukraine, with a challenge coin. Currently more than 220 New York Army National Guard Soldiers are assigned to the Combat Training Center where they are helping to mentor Ukrainian units as they work to achieve NATO interoperability.
